By creating a WheelLedger account or using the WheelLedger app at wheelledger.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
WheelLedger is a personal bookkeeping tool for independent black car / livery / rideshare drivers. You enter the jobs you work and the expenses you incur, and we display totals, summaries, and (for Pro users) a CSV export.
WheelLedger is not a tax preparer, financial advisor, accountant, or legal advisor. The numbers displayed in the app and exported via CSV are based solely on the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own records and for filing your own taxes.
You agree to keep your password private and to notify us if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Some features (CSV export, gas estimates, monthly P&L emails, dashboard analytics, address autofill, saved companies, WhatsApp parsing) require a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Annual subscriptions and one-time CSV passes are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase.
Don't try to break into other accounts, scrape the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use WheelLedger for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
We aim to keep WheelLedger online but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, outages at our hosting providers, or other technical issues may cause downtime. We're not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
You own everything you put into WheelLedger. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WheelLedger isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including missed tax filings, lost income, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll email you. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
